Redeemed & Restyled: A Vintage Fashion Benefit Recap

There are evenings that are simply events.

And then there are evenings that stay with you long after the chairs are folded and the lights go out.

Our very first Redeemed & Restyled Fashion Benefit was one of those evenings.

From the first guests who walked through the doors to the final conversations at the end of the night, we witnessed something far greater than a fundraiser. We witnessed a community coming together to remind women that they are created to be loved and designed to shine.

Whether you joined us in person or are reading this from afar, thank you for being part of the Amadea family.

Because of generous supporters, faithful volunteers, sponsors, vendors, models, and every guest who attended, an ordinary room became a place filled with hope, beauty, encouragement, and purpose.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed delicious food and meaningful conversations around the tables, browsed the vintage marketplace, and eagerly vied for a chance to win some incredible raffle prizes. We admired beautiful vintage fashions from Purvey Minden, celebrated the confidence and joy of the Amadea Girls who walked the runway, and learned more about the life-changing missions of Amadea and Phillip’s Cottage. It was a joy to witness a room full of people choosing to be part of someone else’s story of hope.

One of the most meaningful moments came as we heard the powerful testimony of a woman whose life has been touched by the love of Christ. Her story reminded us why Amadea exists. Healing is possible. Freedom is possible. Hope is possible.

The applause has faded, the tables have been cleared, and the decorations have been packed away. But the story is still being written.

The evening may have ended, but its impact continues every day. Your partnership helps create spaces where women can heal, learn, create, and discover that they are deeply loved. Through creative workshops, life skills training, mentoring, and meaningful opportunities, lives are being restored one story at a time.
